Jacki Chou

Jacki Chou has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jacki began their career at RAND as an Assistant, where they worked for two years. Jacki then joined the University of Southern California as a Graduate Research Assistant and later moved to the CREATE Homeland Security Center in the same role. In 2012, Jacki worked for The Walt Disney Company as a Global Intelligence and Threat Analysis Contractor. Jacki then joined Precision Health Economics, LLC in 2013, where they held the roles of Senior Research Associate and Associate Director and Research Scientist. In 2016, Jacki started working at PRECISIONheor as an Associate Director and Senior Research Scientist, and later became the Director and Senior Research Scientist. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Director of Policy & Economics, and in 2021, they became the Vice President of the company.

Jacki Chou received an A.B. in History of Science from Harvard University between 2003 and 2007. Later, between 2010 and 2013, they pursued a dual degree of MPP and MPL in Public Policy and Urban Planning at the University of Southern California.
