Shirel Navon

Shirel Navon, PMP, CSSBB, currently serves as the New Product Introduction (NPI) and Operations Engineering Manager at PrecisionX, having joined the company in May 2025. In this role, emphasis is placed on streamlining new-product introduction, enhancing manufacturing performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a leading supplier of precision components for various industries. Prior experience includes serving as Engineer Manager - Project Lead at Case Medical, Inc. from January 2021 to May 2025, where significant contributions were made to the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for Class II medical devices through the implementation of lean principles and automation. Earlier positions include Project Engineer and Co-op Biomedical Engineering role at Case Medical, alongside serving as a Peer Tutor at the Academic Learning Center.
