Spencer Roylance

Spencer Roylance has a diverse range of work experience. From 2013 to the present, they have been working at Precoa, where they have held various roles. Spencer started as an Account Representative, where they achieved sales targets and managed the entire sales cycle. Spencer then became an Area Sales Manager, responsible for managing the performance of field representatives and exceeding personal sales goals. After that, they worked as a Territory Sales Coach, directly managing the sales performance of field representatives and providing coaching and mentoring. Spencer then served as a Regional Sales Manager, providing key account management and collaborating with different divisions to drive growth. Most recently, they held the position of Regional Sales Director, overseeing sales performance and field sales management efforts for accounts in multiple states. Prior to working at Precoa, Spencer had internships at Ragnar Relay Series and Leadgenix, where they gained experience in marketing and digital marketing. Spencer also had a marketing internship at Komatsu Equipment, where they performed market research and assisted with promotional efforts.

Spencer Roylance attended Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business from 2006 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with an Emphasis in Marketing.
