David Alan Smith, CISSP

David Alan Smith, CISSP has held various positions in the information security field over the past two decades. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a Communications LPO at Submarine Squadron Support Unit. In 2000, they began their role as Director of East Coast Operations at Predicate Logic, and then in 2010 they took on the role of Project Manager at AceIT Professional Training. In 2012, they joined (ISC)2 Norfolk, VA Chapter, where they held the positions of President, Vice President, Membership Chair, Charter Officer, and Charter Member.

David Alan Smith, CISSP attended Warren Central High School in Bowling Green, Ky from 1986 to 1989. David Alan Smith, obtained their Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)\u00b2 in September 2009.
