Yong Huang

Yong Huang has a strong background in bioinformatics and computational biology. With experience working at various companies such as Predicine, AstraZeneca, Singlera Genomics Inc., and WuXi AppTec China, Yong has specialized in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) projects for disease gene discovery and tumor genomics. Possessing a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Yong's expertise in managing NGS labs, analyzing data QC, and identifying therapeutic targets in tumor genomes has been instrumental in various research and drug development projects. Prior to industry roles, Yong also conducted gene discovery research at Howard Hughes Medical Institute.
