Shub Debgupta has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries.

In 1995, they started as a Summer Intern (Economist) at the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

In 1997, they worked as a Summer Associate (Economist) at Credit Suisse.

From 1999 to 2002, Shub Debgupta served as an Economist/Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In 2002, they joined CEB, now Gartner, as a Practice Manager/Senior Director. Shub was a founding team member responsible for launching and growing CEB's Benefits Roundtable, a successful syndicated consulting program for heads of benefits at large employers.

In 2009, Shub Debgupta founded WiserTogether, Inc. Shub initially served as Founder, CEO, and President before becoming Founder and Board Director until 2019. WiserTogether aimed to improve how employers and payers help their employees and members make informed health decisions. The company achieved significant growth and eventually got acquired by Evive Health.

From 2016 to 2019, Shub Debgupta worked as a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners, contributing their expertise in the venture capital industry.

In 2017, they founded Mesh Intelligence, an advanced analytics company focusing on predicting and avoiding supply chain disruptions and food safety risks. The company received recognition from major media entities such as the New York Times and NPR.

Lastly, in 2019, Shub Debgupta founded Predict Health, Inc., where they serve as the Founder and CEO. The company aims to rebuild the healthcare system for seniors, addressing the challenges faced by seniors and their loved ones in navigating the complex Medicare programs and growing options.

Shub Debgupta has an extensive education history. Shub began their educational journey at the Bombay Scottish School, where they completed their 10th Standard with an ICSE certification from 1985 to 1989. Following this, they pursued an International Baccalaureate (IB) at UWC Adriatic - Collegio del Mondo Unito dell'Adriatico O.N.L.U.S. from 1989 to 1991.

Shub's passion for economics led him to attend Clark University from 1991 to 1994, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. During this period, they focused on economics and mathematics. Seeking further specialization, they joined Cornell University from 1994 to 1996 to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Labor Economics at the ILR School.

Not stopping there, Shub Debgupta continued their academic journey at Cornell University, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics from 1996 to 1999. This marked the highest level of formal education they attained.

Throughout Shub's educational history, they demonstrated a consistent focus on economics, mathematics, and labor economics, ultimately resulting in a PhD in Economics from Cornell University.
