Yehuda Shoenfeld

Prof. Yehuda Shoenfeld, the founder of the Zabludowicz Center for Autoimmune Diseases at the Sheba Medical Center, is a truly unique person: he is a world leader in the research and treatment of autoimmune diseases, with more than 2,150 publications in leading scientific journals and a citation index exceeding 2600.

Prof. Shoenfeld is one of Israel’s top physicians and scientists, dedicating his life to two fields: autoimmunity and public health. He has already been awarded 24 prizes for his contributions to these fields, including the Eular 2005 award and the Ometz 2016 prize.
