Will Cruz

Will Cruz is the current CEO of Predictive Wear. Prior to their current position, they were the President of Corporate Strategy at Nerudia, a international consulting firm focused on regulatory affairs and science management services. Before that, they were the Chief Strategy Officer at Smart Vision Labs, a medical device enterprise focused on ophthalmology RX solutions. Will has also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Purdue Research Foundation and as an advisor/mentor at Rebel Venture Fund.

Will Cruz completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General at Purdue University. Afterwards, they completed a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General at the Stockholm School of Economics. Will also has certifications from Alchemist Accelerator in Alumni, Purdue Foundry in Double Down Experiment, and Wall Street Prep in Financial Modeling Specialist.
