Barb Hyman

Barb Hyman is the current CEO at PredictiveHire. Barb has previously held various positions at several companies, including REA Group, Collingwood Arts Precinct, Centre of Contemporary Photography, Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney, Australia, Orica, and The Boston Consulting Group.

Hyman began their career as a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills in 1992. Barb then joined The Boston Consulting Group in 1997 as a Project Leader. In 2001, they became the Business Development Manager at Orica before returning to The Boston Consulting Group in 2004 as the Learning and Development Manager. In 2006, they became the Head of Marketing and Sponsorship at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney, Australia. In 2009, they returned to The Boston Consulting Group as Head of HR and Marketing. Barb left The Boston Consulting Group in 2015 to join REA Group as EGM People & Culture. Barb left REA Group in 2017 to become a Non Executive Director at Collingwood Arts Precinct. Barb became the CEO of PredictiveHire in 2018.

Barb Hyman has an MBA from Melbourne Business School, and a degree in Arts/Law (Honours) from Monash University. Barb has also undertaken business training at the MBTI Business Training Institute.
