Jamie Troiano, CIR has extensive experience in human capital management and talent acquisition. Jamie is the Founder and CEO of PREDICTIVEHR, where they lead a team of consultants specializing in human capital consulting, talent acquisition solutions, and data analytics. Prior to that, Jamie served as the Director of Talent Operations at Altisource. Jamie also held various roles at Monster Worldwide, including Senior Manager of Global Recruitment Strategy and Operations, Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Systems, and Program Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Operations. Before joining Monster Worldwide, Jamie worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Novo Nordisk A/S and as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Pegasystems. In addition, they co-founded RF Advantage and worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Monster and Aspen Technology. Jamie began their career as a Technical Corporate Recruiter at The MathWorks.

Jamie Troiano, CIR holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Bentley University, which was completed sometime prior to 2009. Prior to obtaining the Master's degree, Jamie Troiano had also earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bentley University, spanning from 1992 to 1996.
