Bettina Sökare

Bettina Sökare has over 30 years of experience in strategic executive communication and corporate communications. Bettina has held roles such as Manager Strategic Executive Communication at Preem AB, where they provided strategic, tactical, and operational support in internal and external communication and crisis management. Bettina also served as Chef Sektion Koncernkommunikation (Head of Corporate Communications) at Preem AB, leading the development and implementation of internal communication strategies and supporting crisis management. Prior to Preem AB, Sökare was the Group Head of Internal Communication at Bonava AB, responsible for developing and executing the group's internal communication strategy. Bettina also has experience in internal communication and external web page management at Nordea and Alfred Berg Asset Management AB. Earlier in their career, they played a role in building communication departments and managing information projects at ABN AMRO Sweden, Banco Fonder AB, SEB TryggLiv, and FöreningsSparbanken AB/Swedbank Markets.
