Oskar Hoflund

Oskar Hoflund is an experienced professional in procurement and engineering with a distinguished career at Preem AB since 2016, serving as the Head of Group Procurement and Chief Procurement Officer, overseeing all procurement activities across Preem's refineries and retail network. Previous roles include Head of Depot Operation, responsible for a significant number of depot sites in Sweden and Norway, and Head of Technical, managing capital expenditure projects and teams. Oskar has also held various engineering positions in offshore construction with Olympic Subsea ASA and GulfMark Offshore, and is currently a Deputy Board Member at SunPine and a former Board Member at Släckmedelscentralen AB. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Management in Energy from BI Norwegian Business School and IFP School, and a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering from Kalmar University.
