Joyce Pong

Joyce Pong has a diverse background in human resources and people development. Joyce is currently the Manager of People Development at Preface Coding, an EdTech company that focuses on personalized coding education. Prior to this role, they worked as an Assistant Human Resources Manager at LVMH Fashion Group Asia Pacific and Kering. Joyce has also gained experience in the luxury retail industry by working as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Louis Vuitton. Earlier in their career, they held positions at the Hong Kong Tourism Board, Swire Hotels, and Langham Place Hotel, where they focused on various aspects of human resources and people development.

Joyce Pong completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Marketing, and Hospitality Management from UNSW between 2003 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended St. Paul's Convent School from 1991 to 2002 to complete their high school education.
