Kelly Hughes

Kelly Hughes is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and regional leadership. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Preferred Apartment Communities since May 2025, Kelly has previously held significant roles including Associate Vice President and Regional Director of Single Family Rentals at Portico PM from May 2021 to May 2025. Prior to this, Kelly was a Regional Manager and Property Manager at Magnolia Property Company from October 2017 to May 2021, and held property management positions at Greystar from 2014 to October 2017 and Post Properties from 2009 to 2014.
