Joshua Barron Cams

Joshua Barron, CAMS, currently serves as a City Council Member for the City of South Gate since December 2022. In addition, Barron has been with Preferred Bank since January 2014, where the role of VP MRB Team Lead involves overseeing the bank's Money Laundering Risk-Based program to ensure effectiveness and compliance in preventing and investigating financial crimes. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Loss Prevention Analyst at Manufacturers Bank, BSA Analyst at City National Bank, and Check Fraud Analyst at Bank of America, all focused on enhancing banking security and compliance against financial crimes.
