Joe Gratzel serves as the Prevention Consultant Supervisor for NJ 4S Monmouth and Training and Outreach Coordinator for the MHAT Program at Preferred Behavioral Health Group since September 2018, focusing on outreach and training initiatives under a SAMHSA MHAT Grant. Additionally, Joe holds the position of Principal at Next Level Training and Consulting Group LLC since January 2019. Joe's extensive pastoral experience includes serving as Sr. Pastor at First Baptist Church of Manasquan from July 1996 to August 2023, as Pastor at Ramapo Valley Baptist Church from July 1990 to June 1996, and as Associate Pastor at Van Riper Ellis Broadway Baptist Church from June 1988 to June 1990. Prior to entering ministry, Joe worked as VP of Operations at DCS Megaram from 1984 to 1985. Joe holds a Master of Divinity degree from Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Rutgers University, and an Associate degree in Law Enforcement from Ocean County College.
