Dan Corfee

President and Co-Founder at Preferred Capital Advisors

Dan Corfee is the president and founder of Preferred Capital Advisors. Dan assists the PCA team with management oversight, training, analytical support and strategy formation. Dan’s primary emphasis both personally and for the company is to be of service to the client.

Dan is also the managing partner and founder of Oak Capital Partners (OCP I, II & III), three private real estate equity investment entities focused on generating returns for its investors through direct investment with best in class operators.

Prior to the formation of Preferred Capital Advisors in 2002, Dan served as the Director of the Capital Markets Group at the Panattoni Development Company, one of the largest privately held development companies in the United States. During his tenure with Panattoni, the company completed over 45 million sf of development in 43 markets across the United States.

Prior to joining Panattoni Development Company, Dan was an executive officer with Union Bank of California for 12 years within the Real Estate Special Assets Division and as a Regional Manager for Northern California, Nevada and Oregon. Dan is a graduate of The University of California at Davis. Dan is a Member of the Urban Land Institute Lambda Alpha International and of multiple waterfowl organizations.
