Mark Doris

Managing Director at Preferred Capital Advisors

Mark joined Preferred Capital Advisors in 2016 as a Managing Director. He manages the firm’s business development, marketing and operations as well as providing debt and equity capital solutions for clients of the firm.

Prior to joining Preferred Capital Advisors, Mark spent 17 years with Wells Fargo. Most recently he was a Managing Director with Wells Fargo Real Estate Capital Markets as the group’s National Business Development and Marketing Director. During that period of time, the group became the number one CMBS debt provider by loan count and number 2 CMBS provider by loan volume. Prior to that, he represented the bank as a loan originator in the Northwest U.S. and closed over 200 commercial real estate loans totaling over $1 billion.

Mark has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining

Wells Fargo in 1999, he was a Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Group at U.S. Bancorp in Sacramento. Prior to US Bank, Mark was an investment broker at CB Richard Ellis in the Sacramento market.

Mark graduated from California State University, Fresno. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, where he was the past president of the Sacramento Chapter and on the national board of directors.
