Samantha Elliott Cchp, Crp

Samantha Elliott has over 25 years of experience in the corporate housing industry. Samantha began their career in 1991 as a Lead Researcher at The Appraisal Group, where they were responsible for conducting research and appraisals for various properties. In 1996, Samantha joined Preferred Corporate Housing as the COO, a role they held for over a decade. Samantha then became the President of the company in 2007. Since 2011, Samantha has also served as the Chairman of the Board for the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA), representing the interests of the industry and promoting its growth and development.

Samantha Elliott, CCHP, CRP, has a diverse educational background. Samantha attended various educational institutions from 1991 to 1995 to pursue a degree in Business. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Memorial High School from 1988 to 1991.

In addition to their educational degrees, Samantha has obtained several certifications. Samantha became a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) from Worldwide ERC® in May 2008. Samantha also holds the CCHP certification from CHPA, and they have a certification in CRP from ERC.
