Heather Statz-Urseth

Service Desk Tier 2 at Preferred Credit, Inc.

Heather Statz-Urseth has extensive experience in IT support and desktop management, currently serving as a Service Desk Tier 2 at Preferred Credit, Inc. since January 2016. Prior to this role, Heather worked at St. Cloud Hospital from June 1998 to July 2015 as a Desktop Support Analyst, where responsibilities included creating procedures, managing inventory, and providing training to new staff. Heather's technical skills encompass the installation and configuration of various Windows operating systems along with hardware and software upgrades. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Microcomputer Support and Network Administration from St Cloud Technical and Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Vocal and Classroom Music/Elementary Education from St. Cloud State University.
