Nancy Coss

Nancy Coss has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as a Performance Specialist at Preferred Credit, Inc. since January 2006, where responsibilities include leading the 90-day New Team Member Training program and providing role play training to enhance customer interaction skills. Prior to this, Nancy Coss served as a Military Police Officer in the US Navy from January 1995 to June 2002 and with the Army National Guard from June 2000 to December 2001. Nancy Coss holds a Diploma of Dental Assistant from St. Cloud Technical and Community College.
