Leah Barber has extensive work experience in various compliance and workforce roles. Leah began working at PFH, Inc in 2007 as a WIA/WIOA Program Coordinator and later became the Director of Workforce in 2016. In 2019, they joined Preferred Family Healthcare as a Compliance Director, and later became the Vice President of Compliance Culture.
Leah Barber completed their Bachelor's degree in Workforce Development Supervision and Leadership at Pittsburg State University. Following this, they pursued their M.B.A. in Human Resources Development, which they completed in 2019.
