Shae Leal

Shae Leal is an experienced healthcare recruiter with a background in various roles within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Healthcare Recruiter at Preferred Healthcare Staffing since October 2021, Shae previously held the same position at Provenir Healthcare from March 2020 to September 2021. Prior to transitioning into recruitment, Shae interned at Women Infants Children in 2019 and gained extensive clinical experience as a Lead Ophthalmic Assistant at Broberg Eye Care from March 2014 to August 2017, as well as an Ophthalmic Assistant at Texan Eye from November 2011 to March 2014. Shae holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Foods and a minor in Horticultural Science from Texas State University, where studies were completed between 2017 and 2019.
