Jeanette Thomas has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Jeanette began their work experience in 2002 at Guyana Water Incorporated, where they served as a Customer Service Manager. In this role, they supervised staff involved in billing, collections, and customer service, managed the debt recovery process, formulated and updated department policies and procedures, conducted customer service training, and oversaw the daily activities of the customer call center. Jeanette remained in this position until December 2016.
In 2017, Jeanette Thomas joined Preferred Home Care of NY as a Home Health Aide, providing care for patients in their homes. Jeanette also interned at the Office of Assembly member Walter T Mosley during the same year.
Jeanette Thomas completed their Bachelor's degree in Management at the University of Guyana from 1989 to 1995.
