Kevin Kotar

Kevin Kotar, D.O., FAAFP, serves as the Associate Medical Director at Preferred Senior Health Connect since June 2019 and holds the position of Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at St. Clair Hospital since September 2015. As of August 2023, Kevin Kotar is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Duquesne University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Additionally, Kevin Kotar has been a Family Medicine Physician at Preferred Primary Care Physicians since July 2012. Kevin Kotar earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine between 2005 and 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts in History & Philosophy of Science from the University of Pittsburgh from 2000 to 2004.
