Jason Semper is an accomplished professional with diverse experience spanning various industries. Currently serving as the Owner of SemProperty INC since January 2021, Jason specializes in the buying and selling of distressed properties and wholesaling homes. In addition to this role, Jason has been involved in insurance sales at Stocking & Cozzi Insurance Agency, Inc. since July 2012. Previous experience includes outside sales for Get Beyond, where Jason focused on merchant services for small businesses, and a lengthy tenure as an educator and coach at Clovis Unified School District. Jason's career began as a Sales Representative for Renewal by Anderson Replacement Windows. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree with a Teaching Credential in Communication from California State University, Fresno, earned from 1994 to 1999.
