Abbie Miller

Abbie Miller, MD, MBA, CHCQM currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for UnitedHealthcare in E&I MN/ND/SD since June 2023 and is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Thomas since September 2021. With extensive experience in medical leadership, Abbie has held the position of Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President at PreferredOne since June 2019 and was a Physician at HealthEast from September 2011 to June 2023. Previous roles also include Physician Advisor for Utilization Review at UCare and various leadership positions within Fairview Health Services, including System Medical Director of Inpatient Care Management. Abbie's medical training was completed at the University of Minnesota Medical School, culminating in a Doctor of Medicine degree in 2008, supplemented by an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in 2019 and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
