Ryan Klemme, MBA, BSME, currently serves as the Sr. Continuous Improvement and Quality Manager at Pregis, where leadership of a team of Process Engineers and Quality Professionals is fundamental to delivering process innovation and developing a comprehensive continuous improvement and quality management strategy across multiple manufacturing sites. Previously, at Graham Packaging, Ryan held roles including Intelligent Factory Program Adoption Manager, focusing on optimizing plant systems and improving equipment performance, as well as Production Manager and Safety Coordinator. Other experience includes significant positions at Pinnacle Foods Group LLC, CSM Bakery Products, Dickten Masch Plastics, Silgan Containers, Dell, and Rubbermaid Home Products, where responsibilities spanned production management, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.
