Heang Chan

Co-Founder & CEO at Prelim

Heang Chan is the CEO and Co-Founder of Prelim, a Silicon Valley technology company that builds the operating system for the financial industry. Prior to Prelim, Chan was an industry expert hired by Blend to help build the original version of the consumer mortgage application used by 3 of the top 10 banks in the U.S. Chan has also worked as a Credit Manager and Loan Officer at Wells Fargo, and as an Associate in Investment Management at Goldman Sachs. In their most recent role, Chan served as Vice President of Consumer Real Estate at Bank of America. Throughout their career, Chan has been recognized for their outstanding work, receiving the Bailey Award in 2017 for being one of the top 7 employees with the highest contribution to the company.

Heang Chan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Stanford University. Heang also attended Y Combinator and the University of California, Berkeley.
