Massimo Marinelli

Massimo Marinelli is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as the Group General Counsel, Company Secretary, and Compliance - Legal & Corporate Affairs Director at Prelios since October 2003, Massimo also holds the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Massimo was the Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs at Gewiss from September 1999 to October 2003. Massimo holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and a degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Parma.
