Alexandra Norcross has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Alexandra began their career as an Actuarial Intern at Milliman & Robertson in 1998. After that, they worked at General Management Systems, Insurance Actuarial Consulting from 1999 to 2014, where they held positions as a Software Developer & Web Producer and later as a Software Development Manager. During their time there, they developed eRateMaker, a successful tool for generating data-driven rate structures.

In 2015, Alexandra ventured into entrepreneurial activities and worked as an iOS Software Developer until 2018. Their next role was at 42, Inc. as a Contract Project Manager from 2018 to 2021. In this position, they collaborated with stakeholders and developers to implement customized software solutions for various departments, including CRM, e-commerce, HRIS, payroll, and accounting.

Most recently, Alexandra joined Prelude in 2021 as a Senior Project Manager. Alexandra has since been promoted to the position of Director of Marketing, starting in June 2022. Their expertise and experience make their a valuable asset in leading marketing initiatives and managing projects effectively.

Alexandra Norcross has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Cornell University. Alexandra has also pursued professional education at Stanford University, where they completed a course in Agile: A Hands-On Introduction to Product Development and another course in Project Management: An Introductory Hands-On Course. Alexandra further obtained a certificate in iOS Development from Code Fellows. Alexandra has also engaged in Interaction Design studies through the University of California San Diego on Coursera. Additionally, they hold a certification in Initiating and Planning Projects from the University of California, Irvine, Extension.
