Bryant Lim

Bryant Lim has extensive work experience in the legal and business fields. Bryant currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Prelude Therapeutics since February 2023. Bryant previously held positions such as Chief Business Officer & General Counsel at Aceragen from September 2022 to February 2023, and S.V.P., General Counsel & Chief Business Officer at Idera Pharmaceuticals from June 2022 to October 2022. Bryant also served as a Board Observer at Scriptr Global from February 2021 to February 2023. Throughout their career, Bryant has been involved in various legal and leadership roles in prominent organizations such as Incyte, ViroPharma Incorporated, Merck, and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Additionally, they have been actively contributing to the field of law as a lecturer at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, focusing on the Law of Drugs and Biologics since September 2004.

Bryant Lim pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Rochester from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from 1993 to 1996, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Law.
