Joe Rager

Joe Rager has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Joe started their career at Absorption Systems, LP in 2000 as an Associate Scientist before progressing to roles such as Scientist, Research Scientist/Lab Manager, and Associate Director in Pharmacokinetics & Bioanalysis. In these positions, they led cross-functional teams, directed GLP bioanalytical and method validation studies, and authored sponsor study reports. In 2019, they joined Prelude Therapeutics as the Associate Director of Bioanalytical Sciences before being promoted to Director of Drug Metabolism and Analytical Science in March 2022.

Joe Rager attended the University of Delaware from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biochemistry.
