Kelly Kane

Kelly Kane, CPA, currently serves as Senior Director of SEC Reporting at Prelude Therapeutics, a position held since September 2021 after previously being the Director of SEC Reporting. Prior to this role, Kelly was with Chubb from December 2015 to August 2021, progressing from Senior Manager of Financial Reporting to AVP of SEC Reporting. Earlier experience includes the role of AVP Accounting Manager at Beneficial Bank from November 2012 to December 2015, and Audit Senior Associate at KPMG from September 2008 to May 2012. Kelly began the career as an Audit Intern at Kreischer Miller in 2007. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University, completed from 2005 to 2008.
