Michael Gallagher

Michael Gallagher is an experienced professional in real estate acquisitions and law, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Acquisitions and Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Prelude Capital since June 2018, and previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel. In academia, Michael Gallagher has contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Washington University in St. Louis since January 2024 and previously at Yeshiva University from July 2019 to December 2021. Michael Gallagher's legal career includes experience as an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP from October 2014 to May 2018, and as a Lecturer at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in early 2011. Michael Gallagher holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Washington University in St. Louis, complemented by a study abroad program at The University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Teacher Education from The University of Memphis along with a study abroad experience in languages at Universidad de Granada.
