Joseph Nollar serves as the Vice President of Technology at PreludeDx, a precision diagnostics company focused on improving treatment decisions for early-stage breast cancer since September 2025. Previously, Nollar held the position of AVP of Product Management at XiFin, Inc. from August 2013 to September 2025, leading clinical product development after XiFin's acquisition of PathCentral. Nollar was the CIO at PathCentral from July 2009 to August 2013, overseeing commercial software development and internal IT operations. As a co-founder and the President of eTeleNext from January 2001 to July 2009, Nollar directed the development of innovative laboratory information systems. Additional experience includes serving as CFO at Filmspeed/AXE Digital Television and holding consultancy roles at BearingPoint and LoBue, as well as an analyst role at the Federal Reserve System. Nollar holds a Master’s degree in Management, Economics, and Politics from the University of St Andrews and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
