Sita Splinter

Sita Splinter has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as Afdelingshoofd verpleegafd.en dagbehandeling Kankercentrum at St. Antonius Ziekenhuis since February 2016. A member of the stuurgroep for palliatieve zorg in both Utrecht & Utrecht Zuid since March 2019, Sita also holds the position of Voorzitter. Since April 2010, Sita has been an Editor at NURSE ACADEMY, focusing on practical training for nurses. Previously, Sita was the Hoofd zorg group Interne Geneeskunde/Oncologie at Zuwe Hofpoort Ziekenhuis and Voorzitter of Palliatief Netwerk noord west Utrecht from August 2013 to February 2016. Sita's earlier roles include leadership positions at Diaconessenhuis Leiden, where responsibilities included operation management and nursing oversight. Sita holds a Master’s degree in Kwaliteit & Veiligheid in de patientenzorg from Radboud University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Management in de zorg and Verpleegkunde from Hogeschool Leiden.
