Clár Ní Scathail

Clár Ní Scathail has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Clár currently holds the position of Corporate Reservations - Duty Manager at PREM Group since March 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Duty Manager at Marlin Hotel Dublin from November 2020 to February 2022. Clár also has experience as a Duty Manager at Coast Hotels from December 2019 to October 2020. Before that, they worked as a Receptionist at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites from July 2019 to December 2019. From April 2018 to May 2019, Clár worked as a Night Manager - HOD at Hilton Garden Inn. Clár also held the role of Front Desk Supervisor and Receptionist at Courtyard by Marriott from November 2016 to March 2018. Earlier in their career, Clár served as a Guest Service Agent and F&B Assistant at Apex Hotels from July 2015 to November 2016. Clár also worked as an F&B Assistant at Clarion Hotel Limerick from December 2014 to March 2015, and as a Breakfast Chef at The Arlington Hotel from June 2014 to August 2014. Additionally, Clár gained experience at NH Hoteles, where they held various positions including Breakfast Chef & Commis Lunch Chef, Receptionist, trainee chef, Housekeeping Supervisor, and Waitress from July 2012 to August 2013.

Clár Ní Scathail studied at Shannon College of Hotel Management from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of International Hospitality, Business with French degree. Clár'sfield of study was Hospitality Administration/Management. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in First Aid from WorkSafe BC in December 2019 and in Fire Warden from the Order of Malta in August 2018.
