Dan Rogers

Dan Rogers is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the interactive entertainment and technology sectors. Currently a Senior Partner at Premack Rogers P.C. since October 2019, Dan provides specialized legal services and teaches an interactive media law course as an Adjunct Professor at San Joaquin College of Law since June 2011. Previously, Dan served as an Attorney in Digital and Interactive Media at The Law Office of Dan Lee Rogers, where oversight of multi-million dollar projects and negotiations with prominent industry figures was a focus. Dan's career also includes high-level roles such as Senior Partner at Interactive Studio Management, President of BizDev, Inc., General Manager and Marketing Director at Sierra On-Line, Director of Consumer Software at IBM, and Director of Marketing at Virgin Interactive Entertainment. Dan holds a JD from San Joaquin College of Law and a BA in Information Systems from San Diego State University, with earlier educational experiences at the University of Colorado Boulder.
