Dan Gutman is a seasoned professional in the advanced ceramics and semiconductor industries, currently serving as the Manager of CVD Engineering and Operations at PremaTech Advanced Ceramics since October 2023. Prior to this role, Dan worked at DuPont as an Advanced Packaging Technologies Product Quality Engineer from January 2017 to October 2023, focusing on packaging solutions for the semiconductor industry. Dan also has extensive experience from Dow Chemical, holding positions as an Advanced Ceramics R&D Project Engineer and a Metalorganics Packaging Engineer, and previously worked at Novellus Systems as a Dielectrics Program Manager. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and The University of Texas at Austin between 1989 and 1995.

The plant is equipped with a state-of-the-art metrology laboratory, a central coolant recovery system and a variety of modern machinery dedicated to the production of components made from advanced materials.
