Joe Osika has extensive experience in both fire service and project management. At Ellicott Creek Volunteer Fire Company, involvement began in December 1990, with roles including Past Fire Chief, Fire Chief, 1st Assistant Chief, and 2nd Assistant Chief, showcasing a strong commitment to volunteer firefighting. As a Project Manager and Installation Manager at PremCom since January 1995, Joe Osika has demonstrated leadership and expertise in managing complex projects over a prolonged period.
