Barbara Hollenbeck has a wealth of experience in various roles within the airline industry, where Barbara demonstrated a strong ability to advance within the organization. Currently, at Premera Blue Cross, Barbara holds the position of Manager, Quality Governance and IHM Medicare Compliance Administrator. In their previous roles at Northwest Airlines and MarkAir Airlines, Barbara showcased their expertise in onboard entertainment and inflight standardization, respectively. Barbara graduated with a B.A. in Organizational Management & Communications from Concordia University-St. Paul.
