Chad Bailey

Chad Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the consulting and analysis fields. Since November 2011, Chad has been serving as a Senior Internal Consultant II in the Voice of the Customer team at Premera Blue Cross, building on prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst. Chad's career began at Washington Mutual, where from October 1993 to August 2007, roles included Systems Analyst for both Consumer Banking and Mortgage Lending Systems as well as Business Analyst. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Washington, earned between 1989 and 1993.
