David Condon

David Condon has a diverse and extensive work experience. David currently serves as the Vice President of Commercial Group Insurance (Washington & Alaska) - Sales and Marketing at Premera Blue Cross, where they are responsible for driving business growth and improving regional healthcare access. Prior to that, they were the Mayor of the City of Spokane for two terms, leading the city through a period of growth and change. David also served as the Deputy Chief of Staff & District Director in the US Congress and worked as a Business Manager at Condon & Condon Dental PLLC. David began their career in the United States Army, where they held the position of Captain in the Medical Service Corps.

David Condon attended Gonzaga Preparatory School from 1988 to 1992. David then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management from 1992 to 1996. In 2018, they participated in the Rodel Fellowship of Public Leadership at The Aspen Institute. Currently, they are enrolled in The Mayors College program at Yale School of Management, starting in 2019.
