Ixia Thompson

Ixia Thompson is an experienced Vendor Management professional with a strong background in overseeing vendor relationships and performance. At Premera Blue Cross since December 2019, Ixia serves as a Vendor Manager Consultant. Previously, Ixia was a Manager in Vendor Management at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where management of a portfolio of 13 technology software vendors was key, ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Prior roles at Target included Vendor Manager, overseeing comprehensive vendor programs with a focus on Latin and South American vendors, as well as serving as an RTM Analyst in Workforce Management, where Ixia managed contact center operations for over 500 agents. Ixia earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, in 2007.
