Jennifer Karim

Jennifer Karim has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the VP of Human Capital at Premera Blue Cross since August 2018, where leadership includes HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, HR Policy and Compliance, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Organizational Development. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at Falck USA, including National Human Resources Director, overseeing HR and Payroll functions for over 4,500 employees, and led significant projects such as HRIS and Benefit software consolidation, improving organizational efficiency and employee benefit participation. Earlier experience includes positions at Rural/Metro Corporation, managing HR for over 500 employees and implementing initiatives that significantly reduced turnover and improved operational efficiencies. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from WGU Washington, completing the degree in December 2022.
