Mike Proctor

Mike Proctor has extensive experience in software development, system engineering, workflow automation, and production control analysis. Mike has worked at Premera Blue Cross since April 2002, starting as a System Engineer and currently holding the position of Software Development Engineer 4. Prior to that, Mike was a Test Specialist/Web Tester/Change Control at PEMCO and a Computer Operator 3 at Associated Grocers. Mike graduated from ITT Tech in 1992 with a BA degree, after finishing high school at Federal Way Highschool in 1992.
