Timothy McMichael

Timothy McMichael is an experienced legal professional with a distinguished career in litigation. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Director of Litigation at Premera Blue Cross since October 2010, Timothy leads litigation strategy and manages a $2.5 million outside counsel budget. Prior to this role, Timothy was Senior Counsel for Litigation at Wyndham Vacation Ownership, where significant achievements included a $2 million verdict in a construction defect case. Additionally, Timothy worked as a Senior Associate in Complex Litigation at Heller Ehrman, engaging in various high-stakes litigations, and began a legal career as an Appellate Clerk at the Utah Court of Appeals. Timothy holds a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Utah.
