Todd Manning

Todd Manning is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and customer service leadership. Currently serving as the VP of Customer Service and Platform Engineering at Premera Blue Cross since February 2014, Todd is responsible for driving operations and technology teams to enhance customer service and the development of enterprise platforms. Previous roles at Premera include leadership in Platform Engineering and Digital Customer Experience. Todd is also a co-founder of Manning Family Wellness, a health and wellness corporation, and has over a decade of experience in software engineering management at Amazon.com, focusing on Global HR technology solutions. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Seattle Pacific University.
