Wolfgang Hampel

Wolfgang Hampel is a Senior Geologist at PREMIER AFRICA with a focus on the evaluation of investment opportunities in East Asia and southern Africa. Wolfgang has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, including working as a Consultant for mining and exploration companies, consulting companies, investors, finance companies, and as the Chief Operating Officer for Tantalus Rare Earths AG. In 2006, they became the Head of Section Exploration & Mining for Fugro Consult GmbH.

Wolfgang Hampel attended the Technical University of Munich, where they earned their Diplom in Geologie, Wirtschaftsgeologie, and Petrologie.
